This is not based on historical accuracy, but is a pattern based on the silhouette of the clothes worn by anime characters.

Size

For heights under 170cm and busts under 100cm.

Since it is a pattern, you can freely increase or decrease the length by shortening the hem parallel to the ground or adding more paper.
